Vivo has Officially Announced the V27 Series

Vivo has officially announced the V27 series, which will be available in India soon. The company has not yet provided a specific launch date, but the phones will be sold via Flipkart. Interested buyers can visit the landing page of V27 on vivo.com for more information.

The company has also shared a few images of the upcoming phones, revealing that both the V27 and V27 Pro models are expected to have a curved display. This marks a change from the previous V25 series, where only the V25 Pro had a curved display.

Recent leaks have indicated that the V27 Pro will be equipped with the Dimensity 8200 chipset, while the V27e will come with an Helio G99. The vanilla V27 model was spotted on Geekbench with an unknown MediaTek chipset, although the Mali-G610 MC4 GPU suggests that it could be somewhere between the Dimensity 1050 and 8000. The phones will have a display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, though the exact size is currently unknown.

The V27 series will feature a triple camera setup with a ring LED light, which looks different from the V25 series. The design is similar to another Vivo series, the S16 phone, launched in China at the end of 2022. It appears that the V27 series will be related to the S16 phones.

There is no specific launch date for the V27 series yet, but Vivo has scheduled the Y100 launch for February 16. It is unclear whether the V27 series will be launched during the same event. An earlier leak had suggested that the V27 and V27 Pro would launch in February, while the V27e would be released later.
